Kirkliston used to have a divers Helmet mounted on her Bridge Screen

KIRKLISTON, was the first of the 'TONS' to be converted to a minehunting role in 1964. The work was carried out in Portsmouth. She wore a divers helmet on her bridge screen, as did all of the 'hunter' conversions initially.
